We answer when you call

Support, Sales, Partnerships.
All in One Queue.

Whether you have an offline node mid-show or you're scoping a new venue for next October, we route it through one queue so nothing gets lost. Below: how to reach us, what tier of help to expect, and what to send.

Guests Are In the Building.

Show-down emergencies are answered 24/7 during seasonal peak (September 15 – November 5), and within 1 hour otherwise. Your venue's escalation number is posted at your operator station and recorded in your site folder.

What counts as show-down? The show cannot run for guests right now. Examples: HelmOS service is in a crash loop, three or more nodes simultaneously offline, the Bridge is unresponsive and Cuemaster won't load.

Before You Call

Have ready:

  • Venue name
  • HelmOS version (from /api/status)
  • Last 50 lines of helmos.log
  • What you've already tried, in order
  • Whether guests are currently in the venue

Then we get on a video call within 5 minutes, screen-share, and fix it.

Standard Support.

For everything that isn't actively keeping your venue from running: configuration questions, change requests, account changes, documentation gaps, training inquiries.

Self-Serve First

Most questions are answered faster in our docs than over email:

  • Documentation — 26 pages covering every product, API, and config field
  • Training — 4 self-paced courses with proficiency tests
  • Downloads — All software, firmware, and tools

If You Still Need Us

Use the form on the right. We respond within one business day for standard support — usually the same day for active customers.

Spec a Venue with Us.

Tell us what you're building. We'll come back with a kit list — the right mix of Helm, Bridge, Polaris variants, and TrueNorth — and a quote. Lead time on a standard kit is 2–3 weeks; expedited builds available in season.

What to Tell Us

  • Venue type — haunt, escape room, museum, dark ride, pop-up
  • Number of distinct rooms / scenes / zones
  • Effect counts — lights, speakers, video screens, pneumatics, motors
  • Target opening date
  • Whether you have an existing operator station / equipment cabinet
  • Whether you need a show designer engagement, or you have an in-house authoring team

A floor plan or rough sketch helps but isn't required for the initial conversation.
